We at ÍSOR are proud recipients of the Jafnvægisvogin (Gender-Balance Scale) recognition, presented at a ceremonial event broadcast live on RÚV's website yesterday. There, First Lady Eliza Reid presented recognition to fifty-six companies, eleven municipalities and twenty-two public bodies among the 239 participants that have signed a declaration of intent to balance the gender ratio in their executive boards. At ÍSOR this goal has already been reached.

Jafnvægisvogin is an initiative of the Association of Women Business Leaders (FKA), carried out in collaboration with Creditinfo, Deloitte, the Prime Minister's Office, Pipar\TBWA, RÚV, the Federation of Icelandic Fishing Vessel Owners and Sjóvá.
